     Talk of the Town Consulting LLC was created for the sole purpose of providing dining service community's the tools they need to have an upscaled dining program, and to make that program the community's "Talk of the Town".

       Reggie Baugh is a senior partner of Talk of the Town Consulting LLC.  He has experience as a chef for over 20 years, he began his career working as a sous chef on Bob Hope Drive in Palm Springs, California were he was quickly promoted to general manager of not one but two of  the most upscaled 5-star restaurants on the drive. Reggie then enrolled in the United States Navy, to continue his culinary education and while serving Dessert Storm tour became the Executive Chef for a four star admiral for the next five years. During that time he also earned an associate degree in business administration. After the navy, Reggie started his own consulting company. He even hosted his own television cooking show, delighting viewers for years on  "Cooking with Chef Reggie" on Lima, Ohio's channel 47.  Reggie's passion continues in serving the health care and restaurant industry specializing in skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, meals on wheels programs, and day to day operations of the food service departments.
